On Friday 23rd September 2022, peacefully in a local care home, Frank aged 88 years. A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will take place at 2.45 p.m. on Thursday 13th October at Sutton St James Parish Church. Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Sutton St James Bells Fund.
