Peacefully on Wednesday 21st August 2019, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Val aged 80 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of Ron, a much-loved Mother of Sue and Stephen. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 12th September at 2.00 pm.

 

Peacefully on Sunday 18th August 2019 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Pamela aged 67 years of Macclesfield. The much-loved Mother of Julie and Zoe. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday 9th September at 12 Noon.

 

 

On 4th September 2019 peacefully in a local care home, Ronald aged 87 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Beryl, beloved Father of Robert and Jenny, and a cherished Grandfather.  Ronald will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 18th September 2019 at 2.40 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Cancer Research UK.

On Saturday 17th August 2019, peacefully at home, Beverley aged 52 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 12.00 noon on Thursday 12th September at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Celia Unit at Wythenshawe Hospital.

Peacefully on Monday 12th August 2019 at his home, Dave aged 65 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Husband of Gillian. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 5th September at 2.00 pm.

 

On Sunday 25th August 2019, peacefully in a local nursing home, Peter aged 83 years.  Beloved and loving Husband of Olwen, loving Father of Simon and Jonathan, loving and devoted Grandfather of Luke, Caitlin, Amelia, Rachel and William and a dear Father-in-Law to Louise and Laura and a dear Brother of John.  Peter formerly worked in the family business, Cartledge’s bakers and confectioners and later at British Industrial Sand in Chelford.  He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.  The Funeral Service will take place at 1.30 p.m. on Tuesday 24th September at Macclesfield Methodist Church followed by a private Service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the ALEX Project (Parkinson’s UK) Macclesfield or The Pallottine Missionary Sisters.

On Saturday 31st August 2019, peacefully in a local care home, Joan aged 82 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 10th September at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Rossendale Trust.

On 9th August 2019 peacefully in a local care home, Joyce aged 91 years.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Walter, beloved Mother and a loved Grandmother.  Joyce will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Tuesday, 3rd September at 2.00 p.m.

Peacefully on Sunday 25th August 2019, at his home in Macclesfield, Louis Francis aged 80 years. The dearly loved Husband of Anne, a much-loved Father of Suzanne, Wendy, Nicola and Amanda and a cherished Grandad of Heidi and Isabelle . He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at St. Alban’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday 13th September 2019 at 12.45 pm. Prior to Interment in Macclesfield Cemetery at 2.00 pm. Flowers or if desired donations may be sent for Cancer Research UK.

 

 

Suddenly but peacefully on Tuesday 30th July 2019, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Doris aged 100 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of the late Francis Edge, a much-loved Mum of Robert and the late June. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday 23rd August at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for The Salvation Army.

On 15th August 2019 peacefully in a local care home, Clara aged 84 years.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Roy, beloved Mother of Stephen, Robert and David, cherished Grandmother and a treasured Great Grandmother.  Clara will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 11th September 2019 at 2.40 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Cancer Research or Windyways Trust.

On Friday 23rd August 2019, peacefully in hospital, David aged 69 years.  Loving Brother of Chris, much loved Uncle of Charlie and a dear Brother-in-Law to Jan.  David was an avid supporter of Macclesfield Town Football Club for over 60 years and will be missed greatly by all who knew him there.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 11.20 a.m. on Friday 27th September at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Dementia UK, MENCAP or Space4Autism.

On Tuesday, 13th August 2019 peacefully in hospital after a long illness, Tony aged 76 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 3.15 p.m. on Friday 30th August in the Rowan Chapel at Stockport Crematorium.  Family flowers only by request.

 

 

On Sunday 25th August 2019, peacefully in a local care home, Barry aged 83 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place 2.40 p.m. on Monday 9th September at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Dementia Unit at Eden Mansions Nursing and Residential Home.

On 6th August 2019 peacefully in a care home in Liverpool, George aged 76 years.  George will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, 19th September 2019 at 9.20 a.m.

On 4th August 2018 peacefully in a Care Centre, Kavan aged 23 years of Macclesfield.  A dearly loved Son, much loved Brother and Friend.  Kavan will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 6th September at 2.40 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of MIND.

Peacefully on Thursday 22nd August 2019, at Beech House Belong Macclesfield, Margaret aged 91 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of the late Harry Morris. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday 11th September at 12 Noon. Peacefully on Monday 29th July 2019 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Alan Brian John aged 91 years of Alderley Edge. The dearly loved Husband of the late Jean Mary Newson. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by his loving family, friends and neighbour’s. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 29th August at 3.20 pm. Suddenly on Friday, 12th July 2019 in Hospital, Lynn aged 70 years.  The dearly loved Wife of Stuart and a beloved Mother.  Lynn will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service will take place at the Parish Church of St Peter, Prestbury on Tuesday, 27th August 2019 at 2.00 p.m. followed by a Private Interment.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Kidneys For Life.

Peacefully on Thursday 29th August 2019, at Stepping Hill Hospital, Austin Hamilton aged 80 years of Macclesfield.The dearly loved Husband of Frances, a much-loved Father of Mark, Matthew, David, Samantha and Ozzy.He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.A private family Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium.

 

Peacefully on Thursday 15th August 2019 at Prestbury House Care Home, Beryl aged 95 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of the late Danny and the late Bernard, a much-loved Mother of Linda. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday 16th September at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only by request, but donations if desired may be sent for the East Cheshire Hospice.

Peacefully on Tuesday 27th August 2019, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Deirdre aged 66 years of Bollington. The dearly loved Wife of the late Peter Rogers, a much-loved Mother of Jane and Mary and a treasured Grandma. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday 27th September at 2.00 pm. On 4th August 2019 peacefully in Hospital, Brian aged 85 years of Bollington.  The dearly loved Husband of Rose, beloved Father of Gillian, Martin and Diane and Son-in-law John, loved Grandfather of Adam, Sam, Ryan, Alannah and Charlotte.  Brian will be greatly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family, Friends and Neighbours.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 3.20 p.m. on Monday, 19th August at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of The British Lung Foundation or Dementia UK.

Julie aged 65 years, passed away peacefully at the East Cheshire Hospice on 20th August 2019, after an illness borne with much courage and dignity.  Julie was the dearly loved Wife of Michael, beloved Mother of Simon and Rachael and a cherished Grandma of Heidi, Jessica and Evie.  Julie will be greatly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service will take place at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3rd September 2019 at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Tuesday 2nd July 2019 at Wythenshawe Hospital, Adam Gregory aged 49 years of Macclesfield and Indonesia. The dearly loved Husband of Lucia, a much-loved Son of Chris and Val and a cherished Brother of Richard. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday 28th August at 2.40 pm. Family flowers only by request, but donations if desired may be sent for Lupus UK.

Suddenly on Sunday 1st September 2019, in Hospital John aged 77 years of Over Peover.  The dearly loved Husband of the late Josephine, a much-loved Father of Paul and a loving Father in Law of Catherine.  John will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered, by all his loving family and friends.  A Private Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Snelson Methodist Church on Tuesday, 1st October 2019 at 2.30 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Snelson Methodist Church.
