Peacefully on Sunday 17th June 2018, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Tony aged 96 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Husband of the late Emily and the late Mary, a much-loved Father of Barbara and Carole, a loving Father in Law of Brian and Frank, Cherished Grandad and treasured Poppop. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family, friends and fellow Veterans. The Funeral Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will take place at Tytherington Family Worship Church on Friday 6th July at 1.00 pm, prior to a service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium at 2.40 pm. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for RAFA Northern Area, Macclesfield Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club and Macclesfield and District Cardiac Support Group.

 

On Wednesday 4th July 2018, peacefully in hospital, Colin aged 80 years.  Beloved and loving Father of John and Diana, loving and devoted Grandfather of John Robert, Dominic, Lorna and Alastair, Great Grandfather of Liam, Lucas and Imogen and a dear Father-in-Law to Barbara and Malcolm.  Colin will be missed greatly by all who knew him.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 11.20 a.m. on Wednesday 18th July at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Diabetes UK or the Francis House Children’s Hospice.

On Thursday 31st May 2018, peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice, Colin aged 85 years.  Beloved and loving Husband of Rosemary, loving Father of Roger, Geoffrey, Hillary and Alison, loving and devoted Grandfather of Alexander, Dominic, Benjamin, Charlotte, Jessica, Tamsin, Ellie, Sammie, Tom, Molly, Jasmine and Harry, Great-Grandfather of Lilly, Olivia, Poppy and Jacob and dearly loved Father-in-Law to Karen.  Colin will be missed greatly by all who knew him.  The Funeral Service will take place at 12.00 noon on Tuesday 26th June at the Parish Church of St Peter, Prestbury followed by a private Service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium at 1.20 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Christie Hospital Teenager Fund or the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Tuesday, 10th July 2018 Isolde passed away peacefully in a local care home, aged 89 years.  Isolde will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday, 23rd July at 12.00 noon.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the British Heart Foundation.

On Wednesday 20th June 2018, Susie died peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice, aged 59 years.  Beloved and loving Wife of Phil, loving and devoted Mother of Faye, loving and devoted Grandmother of Ella, dearly loved Daughter of Sue and the late Duncan and dear Sister of Jane and Malcolm.  Susie will be missed greatly by all who knew her.  The Funeral Service will take place 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 4th July at Sutton St James Parish Church followed by private Interment in the Churchyard.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Wednesday 13th June 2018, peacefully in hospital, John aged 77 years.  Beloved and loving Husband of Dorothy, loving Father of Kevin, Andrew, and Caroline loving and devoted Grandfather of Nathan, Matthew, Evie, Aiden, Connie and Alice, a dearly loved Father-in-Law to Mary, Rachael and Ben and a dear Brother of Pat, the late Sheila and the late Tony.  John will be missed greatly by all who knew him.  The Funeral Service will take place at 1.00 p.m. on Monday 2nd July at Alderley Edge Methodist Church followed by a private Service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Macmillan Cancer Support or Prostate Cancer Research UK.

On 1st July 2018 peacefully in a local care home, Margaret aged 98 years.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Leslie, beloved and much loved Mother, cherished Grandmother and a treasured Great Grandmother.  Margaret will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday, 16th July at 2.40 p.m.

Suddenly on Saturday 2nd June 2018, whilst in Spain, Jackie aged 61 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of Paul, a much-loved Mother of Oliver and Noel. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday 22nd June at 2.40 pm. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Wednesday, 6th June 2018 peacefully in Hospital, Susan aged 68 years.  The dearly loved Wife of David, beloved and much loved Mother of Stephen, cherished Grandmother and a treasured Mother-in-Law.  Susan will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Service of Celebration will take place at the King Edward street Unitarian Chapel on Wednesday, 27th June at 3.00 p.m. this will be preceded by a private Committal service at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Macclesfield District General Hospital Intensive care unit.

Peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice on Wednesday, 11th July 2018, after an illness borne with much courage and dignity, Anne Aged 76 years.  The dearly loved Mother of Dawn and the late Colin, a much-loved Grandmother and a treasured Mother-in-Law.  Anne will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 27th July at 10.40 a.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Greyhound Trust or the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Friday, 15th June 2018 peacefully in Hospital, Raymond aged 92 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Thelma, beloved and much loved Father and a cherished Grandfather.  Raymond will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, 5th July 2018 at 2.40 p.m.  Family flowers only.

On 23rd June 2018 peacefully in Hospital, Bob aged 62 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Elaine, beloved and much loved Father and a cherished Grandfather.  Bob will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Tuesday, 10th July 2018 at 12.00 noon.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Salford Royal Hospital High Dependency unit.

On Wednesday, 4th July 2018 peacefully at her Home, Norma aged 76 years.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Kenneth, Beloved and much loved Mother and a Cherished Grandmother.  Norma will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, 9th August 2018 at 2.00 p.m. at St Thomas Parish Church Henbury, followed by a private Interment at Over Alderley Burial Ground.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Brain Research UK.

Peacefully on Tuesday 19th June 2018, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Michael aged 62 years, of David Lewis Centre. The dearly loved Brother of Susan, loving Brother in Law of Martin, Uncle of Jonathan and Keeley, Nephew of Moira, Elizabeth and Sylvia. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered, by all his loving family and friends at the David Lewis Centre. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday 9th July at 12 Noon. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired may be sent for David Lewis Centre.

 

Peacefully on Monday 25th June 2018 at Sunrise of Mobberley, Margaret aged 90 years of Sunrise and formerly Nether Alderley. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family. The Funeral Service will take place at the Parish Church of St. Mary, Nether Alderley on Wednesday 11th July at 11.00 am, prior to Interment in Nether Alderley Parish Burial Ground.

 

Peacefully on Saturday 30th June 2018, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Peter aged 70 years. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday 27th July at 2.40 pm. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for the Alzheimer’s Society.

On Tuesday 5th June 2018, peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice, Eric aged 87 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday 4th July at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Tuesday 3rd July 2018, Hazel aged 88 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of the late David Mckechnie Moulden, a much-loved Mum of John and Helen, Granny and Great Granny. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 19th July at 11.20 am. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for Small Steps.

On 7th June 2018, peacefully in hospital, Hilda aged 94 years.  Beloved and loving Wife of the late Derrick, loving Mother of the late Linda, loving and devoted Grandmother of Jill and Rob and Great Grandmother of Imogen, Aidan and James.  Hilda will be missed greatly by all who knew her.  The Funeral Service will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Friday 29th June at Macclesfield Methodist Church followed by a private Service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of The Brain Tumour Charity.

Peacefully on Monday 16th July 2018 at Prestbury House Care Home, in the presence of her loving family and caring staff, Sylvia aged 88 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Wife of the late Kenneth Powell, a much-loved Mother of Wendy, Paul and the late John. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. Following a horse drawn cortege, the Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday 30th July at 12 Noon. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for British Heart Foundation.

Suddenly on Friday 22nd June 2018, Frank aged 84 years of Henbury. The dearly loved Husband of Anne, a much-loved Father of Elaine and Ian. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday 12th July at 11.20 am. Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations may be sent for Parkinson’s UK.

 

Peacefully on Tuesday 17th July 2018 at Prestbury Beaumont Care Home, Irene aged 97 years. The dearly loved Wife of the late Alfred Horrocks Waters, a much-loved Mother of Andrea and Michael. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Prestbury Methodist Church on Wednesday 8th August at 11.00 am, prior to a service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium at 12 Noon.

 

On 3rd July 2018 peacefully in a local care home, Joan aged 73 years.  The dearly loved Mother of Gail and Adele and a cherished Grandmother.  Joan will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 20th July 2018 at 1.20 p.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.
