Peacefully on Saturday 6th June 2020 at Genesis Care Home, Geoffrey aged 89 years of Macclesfield. The dearly loved Husband of the late Doris Annie Alderman (Nancy), a much-loved Father of Catherine and Robert. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Wednesday 24th June at 1.20 pm.

Due to the current circumstances, family only will be in attendance.

 

Peacefully on Saturday, 6th June 2020 in Hospital, Brenda aged 78 years.  Dearly loved Mother of Gaynor and Karl, special Mother-in-law to Michele and devoted Grandmother of Harry and Charlie.  She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.  A Private Funeral Service will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium.

Peacefully on Saturday 20th June 2020 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Mary aged 91 years of Middlewich and formerly Handforth.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Leslie, a much-loved Mother of Brendan and the late Steven. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Wednesday 8th July at 2.00 pm.

Suddenly on Tuesday 23rd June 2020 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Philip aged 67 years of Macclesfield.  The dearly loved Husband of Lynn, a much-loved Father of Charlene and Tom. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Thursday 23rd July at 2.00 pm.

Due to the current circumstances, family only will be in attendance.

On 28th June 2020 peacefully at home, Jacqueline aged 77 years.  A dearly loved Mother and a loved Grandmother.  Jacqueline will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Private Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 15th July 2020 at 10.00 a.m.

On 3rd July 2020 peacefully in Hospital, Gerald aged 77 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Brenda, beloved Father of Nigel and Angela, cherished Grandfather and a treasured Father-in-Law.  Gerald will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, 16th July 2020 at 2.40 p.m.

Peacefully on Thursday, 21st May 2020 in Macclesfield District General Hospital, Stuart aged 71 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Sylvia, beloved Father of Charlotte and Jordon and a cherished Grandad.  Stuart will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 10th June 2020 at 2.00 p.m.

On 22nd June 2020 suddenly at home, Chris aged 72 years.  Chris will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Tuesday, 7th July 2020 at 10.40 a.m.

Peacefully at Sunrise Senior Living Bramhall on the 12th June 2020, John aged 87 years.  The dearly loved Husband of the late Jean, beloved Brother and a cherished Uncle.  John will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Private Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 3rd July at 2.40 p.m. Due to the current circumstances, only close family may be in attendance.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Francis House Children’s Hospice.

On 3rd July 2020 peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice, Christine aged 75 years.  A dearly loved Mother of Lisa and Patrick, much loved Grandmother and a cherished Mother-in-Law.  Christine will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Thursday, 23rd July 2020 at 10.40 a.m.

Peacefully at home on 27th May 2020, after an illness borne with much courage and dignity, Bernie Aged 65 years.  The dearly loved Husband of Lesley, beloved and much-loved Father of Robert and Louise and a cherished Grandad.  Bernie will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service will take place at Stockport Crematorium in the Rowan Chapel on Monday, 15th June 2020 at 3.15 p.m.  Due to the current circumstances, only close family may be in attendance.  Family flowers only by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of The Christie.

On Wednesday 1st July 2020, peacefully in the East Cheshire Hospice, David aged 74 years.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 11.20 a.m. on Thursday 16th July at Macclesfield Crematorium.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of The Christie NHS Trust or the East Cheshire Hospice.

Peacefully on Thursday 28th May 2020 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Susan aged 59 years of Macclesfield.  The dearly loved Wife of James, a much-loved Mother of Roxanne, Danielle, Charlotte and Luke. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Friday 26th June at 12 Noon.

Peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday 3rd June 2020, at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Kath aged 93 years, of Gawsworth. The dearly loved Wife of the late Harry, a much-loved Mum of Robert and Jillian, loving Mother in Law of Jackie, cherished Gran of Daniel, Jade, Aynsley, Joshua, Rose and Robert and a great Gran of Clare. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Graveside Funeral Service and Interment will take place at St. James Church, Gawsworth on Tuesday 23rd June at 2.00 pm.

Peacefully on Wednesday 3rd June 2020 at his home, Richard Harvey aged 75 years of Poynton. The dearly loved Husband of Jane, a much-loved Father of Sarah and James. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. On Monday, 8th June 2020 peacefully at home, John aged 75 years.  A dearly loved Husband, beloved Father and a cherished Grandfather.  John will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Private Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday, 29th June 2020 at 1.20 p.m.

Peacefully on Saturday 4th July 2020 at Hazelmere House Care Home, Wilmslow, Joan aged 72 years of Wilmslow.  The dearly loved Wife of David, a much-loved Mother of Jenny and Anna. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Wednesday 22nd July at 2.00 pm.

Peacefully on Monday 1st June 2020 at Hollins Park Care Home, Janice aged 87 years of Macclesfield.  Much-loved Mother of Kate, Simon and Josie, and the dearly loved Wife of the late Michael. She will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium, on Monday 22nd June at 2.00 pm.

On Tuesday 26th May 2020 peacefully in hospital, Ann aged 88 years.  A private funeral service is to take place.

On 25th June 2020 peacefully in Hospital, Joan aged 90 years.  The dearly loved Wife of the late Harold, beloved Mother of Kevin, David, Helen and Alan, cherished Grandmother and a treasured Great Grandmother.  Joan will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 22nd July 2020 at 10.40 a.m.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.

On Sunday 24th May, peacefully at home, Elizabeth aged 72 years.  Beloved wife of Roger, devoted mother of Helen and Catherine, loving grandmother of Theo, Jasper and Charlie and a much loved sister of Susan, Robert, Joan and the late Hugh.  Elizabeth will be missed greatly by all who knew her.  A private funeral service is to take place.  Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Alzheimer’s Society or Save the Children.

On Saturday 4th July 2020 peacefully at Rookery Cottage Care Home in Kettering, Millie aged 89 years.  Beloved and loving Wife of the late Ron, loving Mother of Valerie and Andrew, loving and devoted Grandma of Mark and Livi, a dear Mother-in-Law to Joe, and much loved Sister of Jill and the late Chris.  Millie will be missed greatly by all who knew her.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 1.30 p.m. on Friday 24th July 2020 at Warren Hill Crematorium, Kettering. Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Rookery Cottage Care Home.

Peacefully at home on Tuesday, 30th June 2020 with family at his side, James aged 74 years.  The dearly loved Husband of the late Janet, beloved Father and a cherished Father-in-Law.  James will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all his loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Friday, 17th July 2020 at 12 noon.

Peacefully a local care home on Saturday, 20th June 2020, Alison aged 86 years.  A dearly loved Wife, beloved Mother and a cherished Grandmother.  Alison will be missed greatly and most fondly remembered by all her loving Family and Friends.  The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Monday, 20th July 2020 at 11.20 a.m.

Peacefully on Saturday 6th June 2020, in hospital, aged 83.  Formerly Head of Art and Drama at Allerton Grange High School, Leeds (1968-88). Previously Art teacher at Manygates School, Wakefield  & latterly Art teacher at QEGS Junior School, Wakefield.  Founder member & former chairman of Dewsbury Arts Group.  Artist, Theatre Designer, Director & Actor; also Playwright and Author under the name DAVID FOXTON.  Dearly loved husband of Judith, much loved father of Richard & Andrew, and most fondly remembered by all his family and friends.  The funeral service and committal will take place at Macclesfield crematorium on Tuesday, 23rd June at 12 noon.  Due to the current circumstances only close family may be in attendance. A celebration of his life will be arranged in Dewsbury when it becomes possible, notification will be given at that time in the local press.  Family flowers only, by request, donations may be made to Parkinson’s UK or Dewsbury Arts Group.
