WIDDOWS Michael Arthur ‘Mick’, also known as ‘Soapy’

On Monday 9^th February 2026, peacefully in a local care home, Mick aged 78 years. Dearly loved Son of the late Dorothy and a much-loved friend to Kath, Lisa, Chris and Clemmy. Mick was a most loyal, trusted and greatly valued employee at Henshaw’s where he worked for many years as a Coalman and later as a Yardman. Mick shall be missed greatly by his dear friends and former colleagues. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at 2.45 p.m. on Tuesday 10^th March at Macclesfield Crematorium. Donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the Windyway Trust.
