On Wednesday 30^th July 2025, peacefully in hospital, Val aged 78 years. Beloved and loving Wife of Doug, loving Mother of Peta, Lisa and Katie, dear Mother-in-Law to Paul, devoted Grandmother of Emilie, Abigail, Phoebe, Emma, Jake and George, Great-Grandmother of Sage and a dear Sister of John and Ian. Val will be missed greatly by all who knew her. The Funeral Service will take place at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 27^th August at The Parish Church of St James The Great, Gawsworth followed by a private Service of Committal which will take place at 11.30 a.m. at Macclesfield Crematorium. Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of the East Cheshire Hospice.
