HOUGH Née MACHIN Alice Muriel
On Friday, 26th June 2026, peacefully in a local care home, Muriel aged 98 years. Beloved and loving Wife of the late Frank, loving Mother of Steven and Karen, much loved Mother-in-Law to Mark, loving and devoted Grandmother of Sian, Paul and Kieren, Great-Grandmother of Nate, Leilani, Cleo and Leni, Sister of the late Wallace and the late Barbara. Muriel will be missed greatly by all who knew her. The Funeral Service will take place at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 20th July at The Parish Church of St Mary The Virgin, Astbury followed by private Interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only, by request, but donations may be made, if so desired, in favour of Cancer Research UK.
