Peacefully on Saturday, 2nd November 2024 at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice, in the presence of his loving family, Tony aged 85 years of Ipstones. (Formerly of Macclesfield) The dearly loved Husband of Jeanne, a much-loved Dad and Grandpa. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered by all his loving family, friends and Church family. Following a Private Service of Committal at Macclesfield Crematorium, a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving will take place at the Parish Church of St. Michael and All Angels, Macclesfield on Monday, 2nd December at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only by request, but if desired, donations may be sent for the MND Association or the National Trust for a wildlife project in the Manifold Valley.
