At the same time, we want you to have all the help that is available, so we may share information about other services that could benefit you. We only point you towards organisations we trust and that share our approach to supporting people with care and integrity.

We will take the time to understand your needs and guide you in making the choices that feel right for you and your loved one. You can be assured we will never take advantage of the situation or encourage you towards anything more elaborate than you want or need.
You are unlikely to witness the care of your loved one, but please know that we look after them as if the family were right there with us. We promise that they will be treated with kindness, respect and dignity. And we will dress them in their own clothing or a simple, dignified robe that we can provide.
Our Funeral Services
We will take the time to talk you through all the services we offer, giving you a range of choices – whether that is a bespoke funeral, something simple, or even no service at all. We will provide a clear, written estimate that breaks down every part of the service, along with our Terms of Business, before you decide to appoint us. This estimate will also include any third-party costs (known as ‘disbursements’), so you will know exactly what is involved.
Before we go ahead, we will ask for your acceptance of our estimate and confirmation that you would like us to proceed. If you need any changes along the way, we will explain the cost of these before moving forward, so you will always know the total cost of the funeral. We believe our prices are fair and transparent, offering real value for the care and service we provide. A copy of our full price list is available if you would like to see it.
Our premises
We do everything we can to make sure our premises feel warm, comfortable, and welcoming. They are kept to a high standard and meet all health and safety requirements. Our chapels of rest offer a calm, peaceful space where you can spend time with your loved one. They can also be adapted to meet different religious or cultural needs.

Our on-site mortuary facilities are equipped to the highest standard and maintained in impeccable condition to ensure your loved one is cared for in the best possible environment.
Our fleet
Our fleet is made up of modern classic Jaguars and all our vehicles are always kept in excellent condition. We take great care to present them well.
