Peacefully on Friday, 10^th October 2025, at Benn Levy House, David aged 78 years of the David Lewis Centre. He will be sadly missed and most fondly remembered, by all the caring staff and loving friends. The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday, 5^th November at 2.45 p.m.
