The Simple Funeral Service is a low cost package for those wishing to arrange a simple yet dignified funeral service, where the cost is kept to a minimum. All aspects of The Simple Funeral Service are taken care of by us.
We are able to provide this service at Macclesfield Crematorium, Stockport Crematorium, Altrincham Crematorium and Manchester Crematorium.

The Simple Funeral Service includes:
- Arrangement and conducting of the Funeral in accordance with your instructions including booking Minister or Celebrant, Organist or arrangement of suitable recorded music.
- Attendance to all necessary documentation
- Liaison with appropriate authorities
- Attention to floral tributes
- Transfer of the deceased to our premises
- Provision of an oak-effect coffin with six brassed handles, wreath holders, engraved nameplate and white satin lining
- Care and presentation of the deceased
- Viewing of the deceased in our private Chapel of Rest, by appointment
- Provision of a Hearse direct to the Crematorium for the funeral
Disbursements:
There are also additional costs known as Disbursements which are incurred by third-parties and form part of the overall cost of the funeral.
Disbursements include Doctors’ fees, Minister’s fees and Cremation fees. These fees are variable depending on whether the coroner is involved, the Crematorium chosen for the service and the Minister chosen to lead the service.
