Dying Matters
We became recommended by the Good Funeral Guide..
March 2010 We participated in a national initiative supported locally by the East Cheshire NHS Trust to increase knowledge, change attitudes and behaviours in a very positive way around death and dying.

Garage and Workshop underconstruction
Mrs Penelope Shaw
1st December 2008 Work Commenced on the construction of our garage and workshop.  
6th November 2009 We received a visit from Mrs Penelope Shaw who lived with her family in Park Green House between the years 1926 and 1945 when her Father, Dr Herbert F Shaw, was in practice..

We introduced The Green Funeral Service for clients wishing to arrange a Green or Eco funeral and joined The Association of Green Funeral Directors.

Thursday 24th September 2009 Bereavement Seminars for our families and professionals caring for bereaved people at Macclesfield United Reformed Church.
Saturday 12th September 2009 Open day in support of the English Heritage.

We received an award from the Macclesfield Civic Society for the restoration of  Park Green House.
 July 2009   Park Green House features on Town Heritage Walks.

Bob Toms joined us as a Chauffeur
Restoration of our classic Daimler fleet was completed.
April 2009   Bob Toms joined us as a Chauffeur.  (Bob served as the Mayor of the Borough of Macclesfield’s personal attendant for the past 17 years).
